Thank you for shopping with Peony Custom Apparel! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process if you need to return or exchange an item.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom print-on-demand items unless they are defective or damaged. Please carefully review your order before confirming, as we begin production immediately once the order is placed.
We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

The return is accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will issue a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item. To process your return, please provide the following:

Photos of the damaged or defective item(s).

A description of the damage or defect.

Your order number and contact information.
We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
4. Return Shipping
For non-damaged or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Peony Custom Apparel is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your exchange. If you would like to make a new purchase while waiting for your exchange to be processed, we suggest placing a new order directly on our website.
7. Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.
8. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we begin production immediately for custom items. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed. For non-custom items, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
